AuthTrace terms of sale
Last updated: 4 November 2026
These terms cover buying AuthTrace Pro. The free AuthTrace extension needs no purchase.
Who you are buying from
AuthTrace is sold by ALGD LTD ("we"). ALGD LTD is a company registered in Northern Ireland, company number NI744090. Registered office: 121 Glencam Road, Omagh, Co. Tyrone, BT79 7HB, United Kingdom. Email: hello@authtrace.dev
What you get
- AuthTrace Pro is a licence key that unlocks the Pro features in the AuthTrace Chrome extension: redacted sharing, trace diff, the certificate watchlist and saved sessions.
- Price: £19, paid once. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Stripe takes the payment and shows the final amount, including any tax, before you pay.
- Licence: one key for one person, on any number of their own browsers. The key does not expire.
Delivery
Your key appears on screen as soon as the payment goes through. The page keeps working, so you can come back to it. If you lose it, email us with your Stripe receipt and we will send the same key again.
Your right to cancel
If you buy as a consumer in the UK or the EU, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content supplied straight away, that right ends once supply begins, provided you asked for it to start and accepted that you would lose the right to cancel.
At checkout you tick a box to ask for your key straight away and to confirm that you understand this. Once your key has been shown to you, you can no longer cancel or get a refund because you have changed your mind.
If you paid but no key was shown to you, email us and we will either issue the key or give you a full refund.
If Pro does not work as described
Your legal rights for faulty digital content are not affected. In the UK these come from the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a Pro feature does not work as described, email us. We will fix it, and if we cannot, we will refund you.
When we refund a purchase, the licence key stops working in the next release of the extension.
The free version
The free features are provided as they are, at no charge.
Changes and law
We may change these terms for future purchases. A purchase you have already made keeps the terms that applied when you bought it.
These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
